This Regulation stipulates the official list of all plant species that are considered to be close/similar to each other (same class/genera of plants, botanical ranks).
The classification of plant species/varieties here defined is divided into classes divided by single genus; and classes that include several genera.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
