Abstract
This Regulation defines the minimum quality requirements for products deriving and/or consisting of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and pectin preparations, as well as minimum requirements for the security and preservation of the food quality.
The conditions stipulated by this Regulation shall be met in production and trade of products at all stages.
