Abstract
This Regulation defines the rules and criteria as regards the products that, after their use, shall become special waste and will enter into special waste streams (products such as and/or containing gum-tires, asbestos, batteries, machine oils, electric equipment, and other as listed in article 3).
This text further provides for daily reporting forms on the quantity and type of manufactured and imported products and annual reports, also setting the manner and deadlines for submitting the annual report, taxpayer issues, and criteria for calculation of the waste treatment compensation amount.
Article 15a sets the offences and related penalties.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms, request sheets; sample of the Eco-label sign or mark).
