Abstract
This Regulation here determines the program, the method of conducting training and the method of testing knowledge for the purpose of issuing a professional user certificate, as well as the form of that certificate. These rules are intended for user of plant protection products that operate on national territory. The implementation of training and knowledge testing for the purpose of issuing a professional user certificate is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, through persons who have been determined to meet the requirements based on the announced competition. The training program for professional users covers all plant protection product use-areas, as listed in article 2.
