Abstract
This Regulation hereby stipulates the terms and contents of the national Programme for the control, prevention and eradication of avian influenza.
The provisions provided by this text are divided in various phases in accordance with the evaluation/classification of the grade of infection and presence of the above mentioned animal disease (mainly in birds and poultry).
