Abstract
This Regulation officially adopts the Programme of the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, aimed to define the necessary conditions and criteria according to which the Fund approves and reprograms loans and incentives, and administrative and financial related issues and rules.
Major goals of this Programme are to encourage the business of legal persons and entrepreneurs on the territory of the Republic of Serbia the Republic of Serbia; encouraging employment; encourage the production at all levels and in various sectors; encourage sustainable, safe and comprehensive development.
The complete text of the above mentioned Programme is an integral part of this Regulation.
