Regulation on protection regimes.

This Regulation determines the types of nature protection regimes, the procedure and the manner for their determination, and also defines the facilities, works and activities that are prohibited or restricted on nature protected areas of the Republic of Serbia.
Regimes and protection measures in protected areas are proposed by nature protection organizations in the process of preparation of the protection study for each protected area, through valorization of present natural values and through the analysis of the degree of endangerment of proposed area, in order to preserve and improve the general conditions n that particular nature protected area. In the protected area, three different categories of protection regimes are here listed (type I, II and III); these are listed among their prohibitions and/or restrictions, as regards several types of activities, ecosystem preservation, hunting, protection of wild flora and fauna and other measures.
