Abstract
This Regulation determines the equipment and devices that legal entities and entrepreneurs that provide services in the field of plant protection must have, as well as the conditions that must be met by natural persons who provide such services. The provision of services in the field of plant protection is considered to be the provision of professional assistance in organizing and implementing measures aimed to control harmful organisms (plant diseases, pests and weeds) on plants (both field and indoor plants). Services can be advisory and operational. Advisory services are considered to be the identification of harmful organisms on the basis of samples in the laboratory and giving recommendations (prescriptions) for their control by plant protection experts. Operational services shall be considered the implementation of prescribed plant protection measures.
