Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary quality and other requirements for cocoa products, chocolate products, products deriving from chocolate and other cream products, which must be met in production and trade at all stages.
This Regulation further defines the production specifications (specification shall contain a short description of the technological process of production of the product, the basic requirements of quality, a report on testing of quality requirements such as health safety, sensory, physical and chemical characteristics); as well as data from the declaration of compliance made by the producer; and additional rules for labelling and marking.
