Abstract
This Regulation defines all necessary quality and other requirements and rules aimed to ensure a high sanitary and hygiene safety for all products denominated as fine bakery products, breakfast cereals and snack products (rules to be met in production and trade at all stages).
As prescribed by this Regulation, the product specification shall contain a short description of the technological process of production of the product, the basic requirements of quality, a report on testing of quality requirements (health safety, sensory, physical and chemical characteristics), as well as data from the declaration in accordance with the Regulations on labelling and marking of packed food.
