Abstract
This Regulation sets the conditions regarding the quality of cereals, milling and bakery products and pasta, and further determines the categorization and correct product name; physical, chemical and sensory properties, composition of the product; additives and other ingredients that can be used in production and processing of such products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This text also defines the methods of testing overt the quality of products; essential technological procedures applied in the production and processing and labelling requirements.
The Annex is also part of this publication (list of related Serbian standards).
