Abstract
This Regulation hereby sets the necessary conditions in terms of food quality and related to the minced-chopped meat, semi-finished meat and meat products (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia).
The rules here stipulated are also aimed to determine the classification, categorization and standardized names of various products listed in this text; further defining the correct physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics, as well as the composition of the related products (various characteristics of raw materials additives and other substances used in the production and processing of such products); also prescribing the methods of testing over the quality, essential elements of technological processes that are used in the production and processing (also packaging and labelling).

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette except for the provisions of the articles 18 (paragraph 8), article 77 and article 115 (paragraph 2) that shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
