Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Food Safety Law (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 41/2009, and amended in Gazette 17/2019), determines the conditions regarding the quality of raw coffee, coffee products, coffee substitutes, as well as related products, for the purpose of: classification, categorization and name of the product; physical, chemical and sensory properties and composition of the product; the type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in production and processing; sampling methods and quality testing; elements of essential technological procedures applied in the production and processing of products, as well as declaration and additional requirements for product labelling.
The Annex is also part of this publication (list of standards).

Entry into force notes
This text enters into force eight days from the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", and shall apply from 31 May 2022, except for the provisions of article 35, which shall apply on the day of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union.
