Regulation on quality standards, packaging, sealing and declaration of planting material of agricultural plants.

This Regulation determines that all planting material of agricultural plants used in fruit growing, viticulture and hop growing must comply with the quality standards of planting material of agricultural plants here laid down. For the packaging of planting material, packaging and packaging material must be used from the most suitable material with the aim to protect the planting material from drying, freezing and other damage during its transport and related handling. The declaration on the quality of planting material that is placed on the packaging must contain information as listed in article 6.
