Regulation on the registration and approval of facilities for the production and trade of foods of animal origin.

This Regulation prescribes the procedure necessary for the registration and approval of establishments or facilities present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and engaged in activities such as processing, distribution and marketing (also international trade) of foods of animal origin.
Facilities for the production and marketing of food of animal origin shall meet the requirements in accordance with regulations governing veterinary and sanitary conditions, general and special conditions for food hygiene, also listed in Annex 1 and 2 that are part of this publication. Contents of the above mentioned Register are listed in article 13 of this text. Article 17 sets out the rules as regards the facilities registered before the date of the entry into force of this Regulation.
