Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner of registration and keeping of the Register of agricultural holdings, further providing the application form for registration and renewal of registration in the Register of agricultural holdings, patterns of contributions, defines the documents to be attached, the method of conservation for the data entered in the Register, as well as the requirements for declaring the passive status of agricultural holding.
