Regulation on registration or approval of facilities for breeding, keeping and trade of animals.

This Regulation determines the types of facilities that shall be registered as approved for breeding, keeping and trade of animals. This text further specifies the manner and procedure of registration, approval of facilities, the layout of the application form for registration of facilities in the Register of facilities, and indicated the manner for keeping the Register of Facilities and Register of Approved Facilities. The facilities that shall be registered are as follows: 1) facilities in which animals are bred for reproduction, fattening, production of food of animal origin or products of animal origin, for the purpose of placing on the market, which form a single production technological and epizootiological unit and which meet the conditions, in accordance with national legislation; 2) facilities for keeping animals in which animals are bred and cared for, in which no breeding is performed and which meet the conditions in accordance with laws on animals and animal welfare.
