Regulation on security measures in hunting.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on wild animals and hunting, prescribes all necessary details related to the security measures which are required to all legal and natural persons in hunting and hunting related activities.
The mansions and duties and responsibilities defined by this Regulation are: monitoring over the epizootiological situation in hunting and related environment; monitoring over the implementation of works in agriculture, forestry and other activities that take place on the hunting area; monitoring over all activities on the surface of hunting (including land, water and forest resources); protected areas part of or nearby hunting areas/grounds; construction, maintenance and marking or labelling of all hunting and technical facilities in a manner that ensures general security and safety during their use and after; providing conditions for the visibility of the field when observing or hunting; providing adequate space for the required performance, including test shots standards; the preparation of safe places for the performance of organized hunt or hunting sessions; monitoring over the weather forecasts, bookings and organized hunting sessions; the introduction of hunters with security measures which are required on the Serbian territory; taking measures for the protection and safety of life, health and property of participants in hunting, wildlife and its habitats; cancellation or suspension of hunting sessions due to reports that certifies the bad, partial o complete absence of observation or respect over the prescribed rules governing the security conditions for participation in hunting (hunting ethics); the prevention, suppression of forest fires; and other security measures necessary for the safe and sustainable performance of hunt on the Serbian territory.
