Abstract
This Regulation determines the contents of the Serbian Soil Monitoring Programme, methodology for systematic monitoring of soil quality and condition, criteria for determining the number and arrangement of measuring points, list of parameters for different soil types, list of methods and standards used for soil sampling, sample analysis and data processing issues, including the scope and frequency of measurements, indicators for assessing the risk of land degradation, deadlines and manner of submitting of relevant data.

This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 22 June 2020), except for the provisions of article 4 (paragraphs 2 and 3) which refer to the list of methods and standards for land monitoring, which shall apply starting 1 January 2022.
