Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribe the necessary conditions to be observed (rules and provisions such as technical competence) when performing the tasks of prevention of the risk of spread of harmful organisms that are introduced (imports of plants, plant products and regulated objects that are also listed in the List IIIA, List IIIB, List IVA part I, List IVA part II and List IVB) for the purpose of experimentation, scientific purposes or for work on cloning selection, as well as the application form for the issuance of authorization for the importation of such plants, plant products, regulated objects, or isolated harmful organisms.
The provisions of this text are in accordance with related technical instructions stipulated by FAO and IPGRI (International Plant Genetic Resources Institute).
