Abstract
This Regulation defines the types of packaging with a long life service.
Packaging with a long life service is packaging for which it can be shown/proved that serves for the permanent use of the product, which has an average lifespan of five years or more and that is usually disposed of together with the goods that it contains when it is over as object.
List of types of packaging with a long life service, is listed in the Annex.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
