Regulation on types of pollution, criteria for calculating the compensation for environmental pollution.

This Regulation defines the different types of pollution, determines the criteria for calculation of environment pollution charges also in relation to taxpayers, and further sets the amount and method of charging and payment of the compensation for occurred environmental pollution.
Types of pollution subject to the provisions of this text are all environmental pollution arising from the following sources of pollution: emissions of individual sources of pollution; produced or disposed waste; substances that damage the ozone layer; plastic polyethylene bags of the so-called treger bags type.
