Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules, conditions and manner as regards the right to obtain incentives for the implementation of scientific research, development and innovation projects in agriculture through the improvement of professional knowledge and the improvement of human resource capacities in the agricultural sector/field (crop and vegetable production; fruit and wine growing; livestock; organic production; use of renewable energy sources in agriculture; forestry issues).
