Regulation on the use of incentives for organic livestock production.

This Regulation sets the types of incentives for organic livestock production (including the maximum amount of incentives per single user and per each type of breeding animal), further determining the necessary conditions and manner for exercising the right to incentives, also providing various administrative forms.
These incentives for organic livestock production are aimed for milk premium produced by the method of organic production; fattening cattle; fattening lambs; fattening pigs; suckler cows; bee hives; production of edible/human consumption fish; cows for breeding calves for fattening; quality breeding dairy cows; quality breeding fodder cows and bulls; quality breeding sheep and goats; quality breeding sows and unripe; and other as listed in the article 2.
The incentives object of this text are meant for legal entities, entrepreneurs and natural person-holders of commercial family farming/agricultural holding.
