Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Serbian Law on waste management, determines prescribes: the list of hazardous waste whose import is prohibited; list of hazardous waste that can be imported; list of hazardous waste whose export and transit is allowed; list of non-hazardous waste whose import, export and transit is permitted; content, appearance and instructions for filling in the Notice on transboundary movement of waste; content, layout and instructions for filling the form-document on transboundary movement of waste.
