Abstract
The Parties, in conformity with bilateral and multilateral agreements, shall undertake the necessary arrangements for the purpose of conservation and rehabilitation of environment and ensuring rational nature management, shall promote elaboration of special nature conservation of projects and programs especially in areas of negative environmental impact and shall ensure free and unimpeded access to environmental information. The Parties shall promote active cooperation in the sphere of prevention of natural and technological disasters and liquidation of the consequences thereof on the borderland territories.

Entry into force notes
The Agreement shall enter into force from the date of the last written notification by the Parties of the fulfilment of internal legislative procedures for its coming into effect.
Notes
The present Agreement is concluded for a period of five and shall be renewed automatically without express written prior notice of no less than six months. Reference number of the Agreement is unavailable.
