Abstract
The Supreme Soviet decrees as follows: 1) To put in force the Law of the RSFSR No. 1490-I on priority provision of the agro-industrial complex with the material and technical resources from the date of its official publication. 2) To entitle the Council of ministers of the RSFSR to conform the governmental decrees to the above-mentioned Law and to provide for the revision and abrogation by the ministries, state committees and departments of their legislative acts that contradict this Law.
