Decree No. 154 of 2002 regarding validation of the Regulation on setting up commission for the concession of the defined fishing areas of fishing reservoirs for the purpose of ensuring the utilization of biodiversity.

Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region decrees to validate the Regulation and to set up commission for the concession of the defined fishing areas of fishing reservoirs for the purpose of ensuring the utilization of biodiversity. The Commission is the permanent organ entitled with the examination and forwarding to the Government of the Chelyabinsk Region of the proposals regarding the concession of the defined fishing areas of fishing reservoirs for the purpose of ensuring the utilization of biodiversity. The Commission is authorized to request from the applicants, land-owners, landlords, owners of the stock of forest, environmental institution of the Chelyabisk Region and state fish control inspection of the Chelyabinsk Region additional data and documentation necessary for passing resolutions regarding concession of the defined fishing areas of fishing reservoirs for the purpose of ensuring the utilization of biodiversity. The Regulation consists of 4 Chapters. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 determines the main tasks of the Commission. Chapter 3 regards the organization of functioning of the Commission. Chapter 4 establishes plenary powers of the Commission.
