State Committee for standardization, Metrology and Certification decrees to validate the Regulation on certification of retail trade and to put it into effect in accordance with the established order. The object of this Regulation is the obligatory certification of the service of retail trade. The Department of the State Trade Inspection , Internal Trade and Public Catering of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is the supreme supervising authority as regards the certification of foodstuff. The document consists of VI parts. Part I lays down the general provisions. Part II determines the structure and the composition of the participants of the System of certification. Part III establishes the modalities of the obligatory certification of service. Part IV deals with information of the consumers. Part V regards the modalities of examination of appeals. Part VI concerns certification royalties. The document contains 5 Annexes.
