State Committee for standardization, Metrology and Certification decrees to validate the Regulation on certification of retail trade and to put it into effect in accordance with the established order. The object of this Regulation is the obligatory certification of the service of retail trade. The Department of the State Trade Inspection , Internal Trade and Public Catering of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is the supreme supervising authority as regards the certification of foodstuff.
