Decree No.4546-1 of 1993 regarding validation of the Regulation on State extra-budgetary fund of the reproduction of raw-material base of the Russian Federation.

The Supreme Soviet decrees: 1). To validate the Regulation in accordance with the Annex 1; 2). To validate rates of revenues for the reproduction of raw-material base proposed by the Government in accordance with the Annex 2.The document consists of 3 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the modalities of formation and specifies the sources of formation of special fund. Section 3 regards utilization of the special fund. The Government in accordance with the legislation currently in force determines rates of revenues for the use of groundwater.
