Federal Law 140-FZ of 2003 regarding amendments and addenda to the Federal Law No.170-FZ of 1995 on use of nuclear energy.

The following amendments and addenda are introduced into Article 5: 1.The third part acquires a new wording “Sources of radiation, radioactive substances and radioactive waste not containing nuclear materials can pertain to Federal property, Regional property, as well as to municipal property and property of legal persons. The right of ownership to the afore-mentioned objects can be acquired and stopped on the grounds envisaged by civil legislation.”
