Federal Law 33-FZ of 2002 regarding amendments and addenda to the Federal Law No.170-FZ of 1995 on use of nuclear energy.

The following amendments and addenda are introduced into Article 64: 1.The Article is supplemented with new paragraphs “Import into the Russian federation of radioactive thermo-excreting sections of nuclear reactor of foreign origin must be carried out on the grounds of positive resolution of special commission instituted by the President of the Russian Federation.”
