Federal Law 94-FZ of 2001 regarding amendments and addenda to the Federal Law No.170-FZ of 1995 on use of nuclear energy.

The following amendments and addenda are introduced into Article 3: 1.The first part is supplemented with new paragraphs “Thermo-excreting section of nuclear reactor is engineering equipment containing nuclear materials and destined for the production of thermal energy inside nuclear reactor as a result of nuclear reaction under control.” 2. The following amendments are introduced into Article 47 “Temporary technological storage of thermo-excreting section of nuclear reactors must be carried out in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the Russian legislation”. 3. Article 64 is supplemented with the following wording “Import and export of thermo-excreting section of nuclear reactors must be carried out on the basis of civil contracts”.
