Abstract
This Federal Law regulates legal aspects of delimitation of state property on land as regards state property of the Russian Federation (federal property), regional property and municipal property. The Federal Law is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 determines legal regulation in the field of delimitation of state property on land. Article 2 concerns the origins of federal, regional and municipal property on land in the process of delimitation of state property on land. Article 3 determines the grounds of inserting of the plots of land into the register of the plots of land considered state property. Article 4 establishes the foundations for the insertion of the plots of land into the register of the plots of land considered state property. Article 5 determines the grounds of inserting of the plots of land into the register of the plots of land considered municipal property. Article 6 establishes the modalities of delimitation of state property on land. Article 7 establishes the modalities of dispute settlement as regards delimitation of state property on land. Article 8 determines the modalities of entry into force of this Federal Law.
