Abstract
Article 13 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The right to purchase hunting firearms with rifled barrel shall be granted to RF citizens in possession of hunting authorization on condition that they carry out professional hunting activity or own hunting smoothbore long-barrel firearms for at least five years”.
