Abstract
This Federal Law sets forth the provisions for allocation of public or municipal land plots in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District to the Russian citizens. Land areas of the plots of land subject to allocation free of charge for land tenure for the period of 5 years in accordance with contract shall not exceed 1 hectare. After the expiry of five-year period the afore-mentioned plots of land, in case of the absence of the grounds for refusal, can be transferred to the citizens holders of the previous land tenancy contract on lease, in ownership free of charge or, in some cases envisaged by this Federal Law, in ownership for payment.
