Abstract
Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Criteria for the use of land provided in gratuitous use of citizens in accordance with this Federal Law, the list of documents confirming compliance of land use with the specified criteria, and also the procedure for checking compliance of land use with such criteria shall be established by the Government of the Russian Federation."
