Federal Law No. 144-FZ amending Federal Law No. 264-FZ on agricultural development.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: "State procurement interventions (public purchase of agricultural commodities) shall be conducted in case of decrease in prices for agricultural products sold below the minimum calculated prices through the purchase, including on exchange trades, from producers of agricultural commodities produced directly by them, from organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) processing of agricultural commodities produced by agricultural enterprises or individual producers on the territory of the Russian Federation, agricultural commodities processed thereby, or through pledge transactions with agricultural commodities."
