Federal Law No. 217-FZ amending Federal Law No. 201-FZ implementing the Forest Code.

Article 4 shall be supplemented with item 4.1 of the following wording: “Citizens can be allotted plots of public forest without state registration thereof until 1 January 2010. The modalities of the state registration of the plots of forest within forest estate shall be established by the authorized federal forest institution.” Article 14 shall be supplemented with item 14.1 of the following wording: “It shall be prohibited to allot forest plots pertaining to public or municipal property without specification of the type and amount of forest management in accordance with forest management plan after 1 January 2009.”
