Federal Law No. 224-FZ amending Federal Law No. 209-FZ “On hunting and conservation of hunting resources.”

Article 71 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, whose right to long-term use of the wild fauna species arose on the basis of long-term licenses for the management of wildlife in relation to hunting resources (game) prior to the date of entry into force of this Federal Law, if they fulfill the conditions of such licenses, they may conclude hunting management contracts with respect to hunting grounds specified in the contracts for the use of territories or water areas, without holding an auction for the right to conclude hunting management contracts for a period of forty-nine years.”
