Abstract
This Federal Law amends Federal Law No.112-FZ on subsidiary small-holding by: establishing that registration of personal subsidiary small-holding shall be carried out by local self-government by means of household registers in accordance with data voluntarily submitted by physical persons carrying out subsidiary small-holding; and specifying that household registers must contain the following data: (a) personal data of the owner of the plot of agricultural allotted for subsidiary small-holding; (b) area under crops; (c) number of agricultural animals, birds and bees; and (d) agricultural equipment and transport means.
