Abstract
The Federal Law is composed of 11 articles.The present Federal Law regulates relations originating from subsidiary-small holding carried out by citizens. Subsidiary small-holding is a form of non-commercial activity with the purpose of production of agricultural commodities on the plots of agricultural land conceded on lease or purchased, and processing thereof by the members of a household for proper consumption. Article 1 regards legal regulation of subsidiary small-holding. Article 2 specifies the concept of subsidiary small-holding. Article 3 establishes the right of citizens to subsidiary small-holding. Article 4 regards the use of the plots of land for subsidiary small-holding. Article 5 regards relations between the citizens engaged in subsidiary small-holding and state institutions and local self-government. Article 6 regards property used for subsidiary small-holding. Article 7 regards state and other support of subsidiary small-holding. Article 8 regards registration of subsidiary small-holding. Article 9 regards social insurance of the citizens engaged in subsidiary small-holding. Article 10 regards cessation of subsidiary small-holding activity. Article 11 establishes the modalities of entry into force of the present Federal Law.

The Federal Law enters into force from the date of its official publication except for paragraph 3 of the Article 7.
