Abstract
This Act amends the Federal Law No. 264-FZ on agricultural development by: establishing terms and conditions of granting subsidies from the federal budget to the regional budgets for the compensation of interests on credits conceded by the Russian credit institutions to the producers of agricultural commodities, physical persons carrying out subsidiary small-holding, farmers and agricultural cooperatives; and establishing the time period of application of the aforesaid subsidies for credits with expiry date until 1 January 2013.
