Federal Law No. 331-FZ amending Federal Law No. 7-FZ on environmental protection.

Article 63 shall be amended to add the following wording: Article 63. Realization of state ecological monitoring (state environmental monitoring). State ecological monitoring (state environmental monitoring) shall be carried out within the integral system of state ecological monitoring (state environmental monitoring) by the federal executive bodies, regional executive bodies within their respective spheres of competence, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, through setting up and functioning of observation networks and information resources within subsystem of the integral system of state ecological monitoring (state environmental monitoring), and also through setting up and functioning of public database.
