Abstract
Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Item 7. Agricultural insurance contract for risks against loss (destruction) of agricultural crops, including perennial crops, can envisage application of unconditional franchise deductible, while agricultural insurance contract for risks against loss (destruction) of agricultural animals can envisage application of unconditional franchise deductible or aggregate unconditional franchise deductible”.
