Abstract
Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “As a condition for provision of subsidies from federal budget to regional budgets for the production of some agricultural commodities can be established availability of agricultural insurance contracts issued to the producers of agricultural commodities (except for agricultural small-holding and agricultural consumer cooperatives) complying with the requirements set by the Federal Law on state support in the sphere of agricultural insurance”.
