Federal Law No. 467-FZ amending Federal Law No. 264-FZ on agricultural development.

Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The State shall ensure support for the formation and promotion of the system of crediting of the producers of agricultural commodities. The State shall have also the right to support crediting of organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing primary or subsequent (industrial) processing of agricultural commodities on condition that income share from trade of the aforesaid commodities of the income of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs is no less than 70 percent of the total income”.
