Federal Law No. 650-FZ amending Federal Law No. 206-FZ “On plant quarantine”.

Article 27 modifies phytosanitary requirements related to methods of disinfection of plant varieties subject to quarantine inspection, ensuring the quality of work on the specified disinfection, the procedure for recording their results as established by the federal executive body, implementing federal state quarantine phytosanitary control (supervision), in accordance with the legislation Russian Federation in the field of plant quarantine. Article 29 establishes the procedure for issuance of phytosanitary certificate for plant varieties destined for export from the Russian Federation.
