Abstract
Article 5 (2) establishes that specifies the sphere of competence of the federal state information system constituted with a view of issuance and registration of phytosanitary documentation and registration of natural and legal persons performing disinfection. Article 21 establishes the procedure for issuance of quarantine certificate to natural and legal persons.
