Abstract
Federal Law No. 218-FZ On state registration of immovable property establishes that mapping of the boundaries of forest park green belts, modification or cancellation of such boundaries shall be based upon decision of the Government of the Russian Federation or on decisions of the regional executive state body of the Russian Federation. Article 62 (2) of the Federal Law No. 7-FZ on environmental protection establishes that mandatory annex to the decision of the authorized body of state power of the subject of the Russian Federation on establishing or changing the boundaries of the forest park green belt are information about the boundaries of the forest park green belt, which should contain a graphic description of the location of the indicated boundaries, a list of coordinates of the characteristic points of the specified boundaries in the coordinate system established for maintaining the Unified state register of real estate.

Entry into force notes
This Federal Law enters into force upon the expiration of one hundred and eighty days after the day of its official publication, with the exception of paragraph 8 of Article 1 of this Federal Law, which enters into force in force from the date of official publication of this Federal Law.
